Tom Tiffany has worked to keep healthcare more expensive and less accessible for Wisconsinites his whole career
Tom Tiffany has supported extreme measures throughout his nearly 20-year political career that make life more expensive for Wisconsin seniors, including making it harder to get Medicaid, Medicare and Social Security, voting against COVID-19 relief funding, AND voting against lowering prescription drug prices.
Tiffany voted against the expansion of BadgerCare in 2019, saying he had no “moral problem” with the vote — leaving thousands of Wisconsinites paying sky-high insurance premiums or going without coverage entirely when premiums are too expensive.
In January 2026, Tiffany voted to take away healthcare from thousands of his own constituents, voting against a bipartisan measure that would extend the Affordable Care Act tax credits for an estimated 60,000 Wisconsin residents
The impacts of these policies are still being addressed over a year later, and have caused unnecessary stress and financial burden for Wisconsin families

MAGA extremist Tom Tiffany voted for the most extreme cut to healthcare in U.S. history as part of Republicans’ “Big Ugly Bill,” which gutted Medicaid and put over 270,000 Wisconsinites in jeopardy of losing health insurance coverage.
While Democrats are fighting to lower costs, Republicans are voting in favor of corporations and special interests. And working families in Wisconsin are shouldering the financial burden.

Tiffany voted to overturn President Biden’s victory in Pennsylvania and Arizona
Tiffany also openly said that he would have voted to overturn Wisconsin’s election results if a vote had been held.
REPRODUCTIVE RIGHTS
Tom Tiffany celebrated the U.S Supreme Court decision overturning Roe v. Wade
Tiffany also bragged about defunding Planned Parenthood, which offers free and reduced birth control and other contraceptives to women and their families all over Wisconsin.
PROTECTING THE POWERFUL INSTEAD OF PROTECTING CHILDREN
Tom Tiffany voted to BLOCK the release of the Epstein files.
He then changed his tune and voted in favor of the Epstein Files Transparency Act, claiming that ‘Democrats kept these files sealed’.
Despite admitting that Donald Trump knew Epstein "was a bad guy”, Tiffany still continued to claim that Trump and his administration’s DOJ was “willing to help law enforcement”.
Meanwhile, J.D. Vance even admitted to butchering the release of the Epstein Files; resulting in the doxxing of dozens of victims. This mishandling ended up protecting predators by redacting their names and re-traumatizing survivors.
